CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS

Initial design consultations are complimentary
within the Dallas, Fort Worth and Metroplex vicinity.
Our intentions are to initially identify and discuss Client
needs then explore Design options. |

Design services may be contracted for on either
an hourly fee basis, or as a mark-up on products purchased
through Designer.
|
| |
|
Purchases must be approved by Client, as evidenced
by a signed Proposal and deposit. |
| |
|
Terms of Professional Services are confirmed
by a Letter of Agreement (Contract) between Client and Designer
that sets forth our understandings including the scope of
services and payment terms. On hourly fee agreements, a minimum retainer
is required. |
